Help with Hunt of Secrets
During TestFlight beta testing, the preferred support path is TestFlight feedback from the installed build. That keeps device, app version, and tester context attached to the report.
Beta support route: open TestFlight, select Hunt of Secrets, and send feedback for the build you are testing.
Use Support For
- Apple or Google sign-in issues.
- Game generation failures or very slow generation.
- Camera or object recognition problems.
- Incorrect false positive or false negative object matches.
- Unreadable UI text, broken layout, or language mix-ups.
- Account deletion or privacy questions.
- Payment or subscription questions after paid features are enabled.
Useful Details To Include
- App version and build number.
- iPhone model and iOS version.
- Sign-in provider, without sending passwords or tokens.
- Whether tester mode was enabled.
- What screen you were on and what you tapped.
- For camera issues: whether the app matched a wrong object or missed the correct object.
Do Not Send
- Passwords, Apple ID passwords, API keys, private keys, tokens, or recovery codes.
- Payment card data.
- Precise home address or sensitive location details.
- Private object-photo sets unless explicitly needed for debugging.
- Screenshots that show faces, personal documents, payment cards, or private rooms you do not want reviewed.
Account Deletion
Account deletion is available inside the app from Settings > Account > Delete Account. More details are available on the Account Deletion page.
